Where do I even begin? This is my second time working with Yasemin, and I must say it gets even better the longer I know her, and the more I am blessed to work with her! My husband and I were looking for our primary home in old town, a market which was extremely competitive. I remember telling him, I didn't think we had a chance unless we found something off market. A few days later, Yasemin showed us an Exclusive listing that was not on the market yet!! Within dates we were ratified! This is after she had stayed with us for almost a year helping us see homes and reminding us to not be discouraged. Especially in this market. Yasemin is both a dedicated realtor and a lovely person. As a first-time buyer, it was especially important to me to work with someone honest and trustworthy, someone who wouldn't take advantage of my inexperience or bully me into buying something. Yasemin is responsive, patient, supportive, and really listens to your preferences and concerns instead of forcing hers onto you--she gives you the space to make up your own mind instead of trying to "sell" you on everything. She'll also say upfront, "I don't know but I'll try to find out/here's how you could find out" if she doesn't know something, instead of making something up--I really appreciate that. Yasemin was great to work with on our first home purchase! The thing that I appreciated the most about her was her honesty. We started the home search with a budget in mind, but not entirely sure what we wanted to purchase.
